Lorraine has led major transformations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, often acting as the go-to person between technical teams and business users. Whether it’s rolling out new features, integrating platforms, or untangling data, she brings a calm, practical approach to every challenge.

Before joining Enrizen, Lorraine held senior Salesforce roles at Allianz, Moelis Australia, and Isentia. She’s also worked on everything from campaign automation to payment gateway rollouts and global reporting frameworks.

Outside of work, Lorraine loves discovering new places to eat around Sydney and spending time with her young family—who keep her just as busy as any CRM project.
