As the Head of Strategy at Enrizen, Emma is responsible for making the business more efficient through the implementation of technology, automation and processes. This involves translating the needs of the company into various defined processes and then finding appropriate software to supercharge efficiency.
Previously, Emma served as the Head of Marketing, where she demonstrated innovative and out-of-the-box thinking. She holds a double degree in Commerce & Arts from the University of Sydney and competed at Olympic and Commonwealth Games trials for both Freestyle and Butterfly sprint events, loving racing but hating training.
Prior to the Financial Services industry, Emma worked with BP across various roles in Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing, with experience in sponsorship activation, product management, brand campaigns, and digital marketing. A career highlight was presenting at the 2014 FIFA World Cup Final in Brazil to 500 VIP ambassadors.
Emma is also well versed in fraud detection, big data mining and data visualisation technologies through her work with NetMap Analytics marketing to government, and retail supergroups.
Outside of the office, Emma holds a Guinness World Record and on weekends enjoys getting out for a bushwalk with her husband and young boys.
