Nivedita has led end-to-end transformations spanning Sales, Service, Financial Services Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Growth. From digitising public sector permit systems to streamlining healthcare case management and rolling out large-scale non-profit CRMs, she’s delivered projects that improve efficiency, transparency, and user adoption. Her ability to bridge business priorities with technical delivery makes her the go-to partner for both executives and development teams.

Before joining Lumary, Nivedita held senior Salesforce roles with Smart Energy (a Rinnai company), SalesFix, Carnac (powered by Viseo), Destined (a media.monks company), and Simplus (an Infosys company). Over her career she has contributed to around 50 projects, covering everything from data migrations and roadmap development to contract automation and field service rostering

Outside of work, Nivedita is passionate about mentoring and has helped women re-enter the workforce by guiding them to Salesforce certifications. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge through workshops and training programs—supporting teams to feel confident and capable in the platforms she helps build.
